Central Florida’s finest luxury homebuilder, located in Florida’s beautiful horse country, is currently seeking to build a team of experienced master craftsmen and finish carpenters to complete our custom homebuilding team. With a rapidly growing project list of 5,000-12,000 SF custom estates under construction and pre-construction, there is a need for experienced wood artisans with a strong work ethic, pride, and dedication to their craft. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain interior and exterior finish carpentry components.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials according to project needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Uphold our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Finish Carpenter.
• Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability and punctuality a must.
• Safety-conscious and OSHA-certified preferred.
