Laser Engraving Associate
The World Equestrian Center Ocala located in Ocala Florida is currently seeking a Laser Engraving associate to work with HP Roll to Roll and large format flatbed printers, as well as laminators and cutters AND/OR large laser engraving equipment. Applicants will produce print/engraving orders from start to finish by prepping substrates, loading printers/engravers, processing, and finishing jobs, and installing signs used on property.
Successful applicants should be hardworking, reliable, with effective communication and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a steady pace to meet demand for print production.
- Maintain stock and supplies for machines and ensure ample supply.
- Preparing substrates for printing by cleaning and cutting to size.
- Loading prepped substrates into printers and starting production of jobs.
- Quality checking jobs when finished before performing finishing work such as cutting or laminating.
- Perform machine maintenance when needed.
- Time management of projects needing to be completed by deadlines.
- Installing completed projects on property for events.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with HP or other brand roll to roll/large format flat bed printers or Universal Lasers.
- Experience with CorelDraw and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
- Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
- Customer service skills to work with clients on their projects
