
Luxury Retail Sales Associate
The Luxury Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a unique customer service experience in a high-end retail environment. This role requires optimal knowledge of luxury products, excellent customer service skills, preparation and presentation of merchandise, and a solid foundation of brand knowledge, their materials, and how to articulate the differences to consumers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting Customers: Greet customers & provide a personal introduction upon entering the store.
- Client Engagement: Provide a personalized shopping experience to each customer
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, brands, and trends to
- Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat
- Custom Orders: Assist customers with placing custom orders, ensuring all details are
- Shipping Procedures: Handle shipping and delivery processes, including packaging,
- Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining visual displays in accordance with brand

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Experience: 2+ years of retail experience in a luxury or high-end environment preferred.
- Customer Service: Strong ability to engage clients, with a focus on creating a personalized
- Custom Order Management: Experience in handling and managing custom orders is
- Shipping Expertise: Knowledge of shipping procedures and the ability to handle related
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move products, unpack shipments, and prepare
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Product Knowledge: A passion for and understanding of luxury equestrian products,
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in product
