Position Overview: The HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process to attract, engage, and hire top talent for the World Equestrian Center. This role involves coordinating and participating in job fairs, managing job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating the interview process. The HR Coordinator will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Job Fairs and Recruitment Events: Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and the company website.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employer Branding: Promote the World Equestrian Center as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
