Banquet Server FT

We are seeking attentive and professional Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests during events, ensuring a memorable experience. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests courteously and efficiently.
  • Clear tables and break down banquet setups after the event.
  • Ensure all client requests are met, including specific decoration and setup instructions.
  • Set up buffets in accordance with event specifications.
  • Set up silverware and glassware as per event requirements.
  • Maintain buffet stations during the event, ensuring cleanliness, replenishing food and beverages as needed.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies throughout all stages of the event.
  • Prepare banquet rooms by placing votive candles, centerpieces, runners, menus, programs, and other items requested by clients.

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a weight of 50lbs

  • Associate is often required to sit and use his or her hands and fingers to handle or feel

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of (1) years experience in banquet supervision or related position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of basic math
  • Cash handling skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Must have open availability with days, nights and weekends
