Express Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Express Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives within the hospitality sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional service standards to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics; provide regular reports to leadership.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality sales or related industry; proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of hospitality products, services, and market dynamics.
