Luxury Retail Manager

The World Equestrian Center is currently seeking a Luxury Retail Manager to join our team!

The Luxury Retail Manager drives sales and overall profitability through effective team communication, strong customer relationships, brand and styling expertise, and efficient inventory management.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the luxury retail stores to maintain a seamless and high-end shopping experience.
  • Leading, training, and motivating a team of sales associates to provide top-tier customer service.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP and loyal customers, ensuring personalized service and engagement.
  • Managing inventory levels and working closely with the buyer to ensure product optimization. Receiving, shipping, spot checks and bi-annual inventory oversight.
  • Analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensuring visual merchandising aligns with the brand’s luxury aesthetic and seasonal trends.
  • Completing selling reports, employee scheduling, store expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Implementing and maintaining company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop employees.
  • Understanding of luxury trends and high-end retail merchandising.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales and manage store performance effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in retail software and POS systems, with strong administrative and financial acumen.
