Embroidery Equipment Operator
The World Equestrian Center Ocala located in Ocala Florida is currently seeking an Embroidery Equipment Operator to join out team!
Applicants should have prior experience operating industrial embroidery machines, such as Tajima or Barudan. The role involves completing customer embroidery orders, including adding names and logos to various items. Additionally, candidates will be cross-trained in heat pressing merchandise and assisting customers on the sales floor when necessary. Experience with EOS 3.0 software for setting up embroidery files is preferred but not required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up and sew embroidery names/simple designs and sew onto products
- Maintain a steady pace to meet demand for embroidery orders.
- Ensure all supplies are kept in ample stock
- Be detail oriented to quality control check orders before and after production
- Participate in additional maintenance and cleaning chores as directed.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Have previous embroidery machine skills of at least 3 years.
- Medium work-exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and /or 40 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand for long hours at the time.
- Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
