
On-Site Delivery Attendant
The World Equestrian Center Resort Outlet Restaurants are seeking a reliable and service-oriented On-Site Delivery Attendant to ensure timely and accurate food deliveries across the resort. This role is essential for maintaining exceptional service standards by delivering food, beverages, and other restaurant-related items to various locations within the World Equestrian Center. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, a customer-first mindset, and a thorough understanding of safe driving and food handling practices.
Essential Functions:
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly to different areas within the resort, including event spaces, hotels, and guest accommodations.
• Ensure food safety and quality, following handling and temperature control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle or cart.
• Follow resort navigation guidelines to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading food items and supplies, ensuring all deliveries are accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure orders are packaged correctly and ready for delivery.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations within the resort property.
• Perform basic vehicle/cart maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.

Physical Requirements:
• Position may require lifting to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Position requires walking/standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment & Schedule:
• On-site role within the World Equestrian Center property.
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Work involves outdoor deliveries in various weather conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in food delivery, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• An ability to navigate the resort efficiently and follow designated routes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, Reliable, and able to work independently
